Estimates, not advice

The calculators (CIS, Inheritance Tax and gifts, probate, late payment interest and the VAT threshold) and the spreadsheet templates give estimates, not tax, legal or financial advice. They follow the GOV.UK and Bank of England sources they cite, but they can't cover every situation and the rules and rates change. HMRC's own calculation decides what you actually owe or get back, and a contract or a court can decide what a customer owes you. Check anything that matters with HMRC, GOV.UK or a qualified adviser before you act on it.
